    *  All shelters and visible equipment must be of the type in general use between 1750 and 1840,  specifically, camps of the  French  & Indian War, Revolutionary War, and  Rocky Mountain Fur Trade periods.
  All non-period equipment (coolers, cups, containers, etc) must be kept out of sight at all times.
    *  Period dress is required at all times.
  A changing tent will be provided at the gate.
     * Loading and unloading will be done with direct haste, time not to exceed one hour.
  * There is no charge for trading.
As was practiced during the Fur Trade period.
a "License toTrade" will be issued.
Persons who deal or trade in animal parts will be responsible for familiarizing themselves with, and complying with state and federal laws concerning their sale or trade.

      * Firewood and potable water will be supplied.  No cutting of live wood will be permitted.
*No dogs or cats are allowed in camp.
Those bringing horses or mules must register in writing prior to their arrival.   Negative Coggins Required.  Please bring Lime.
   *All fires must be contained in a pit.  Pits are to be    refilled and resodded before you leave. Leave no fire unattended.  A bucket of water must be available at each fire.
Do not bury trash.
*A schedule of events will be issued at the gate.      Competitions will be held daily.
*Firearms: Non-Adjustable Open Sights Only
  *Flatwood Bows and Primitive Arrows.
  (No modern Target or Hunting Tips).
  *Cameras are permitted but please keep them covered.  No flash photos please.
*No cell phones, pagers, etc. allowed in general view.


We ask you to keep these three things in mind.  Courtesy, Consideration and Cooperation. You are not the only one attending the rendezvous.  We hope that everyone has an enjoyable time.

You take the pike to exit 8, after the toll you turn left.  That is Rte 20 east.   Go past Wendy's & McDonald's then you will pass a rug mill on your right, then come around a sharp corner.   Starting at that corner, start counting you need to start counting streets, on the 3rd street there is a sign for Burleigh Park, which is Old Warren Rd.  Turn right at that street, go to the end and turn left that is Rte 67.     Follow that for a couple of miles and then you are coming into the town (very small)  look for a green iron bridge on your right,   I do not know the name of that street, but that is the street, turn right there is a garage just before the bridge.

If you go past a large grey building on your left, you passed the street.
